Triple C Coaching serves cyclists (cyclocross, road, gravel, mtb, and fat bike) and Nordic skiers from beginners to elite/aspiring pros. 

Coach Corey also enjoys working with beginner to amateur runners and triathletes.

Triple C Coaching clients are all ages, teenager to 70-plus. They share a love of sport and desire to improve.

Personal coaching is just that: personalized.

METHODOLOGY

Coach Corey provides personalized coaching based on your individual goals, current fitness, strengths/weaknesses and availability. Workouts are delivered via Training Peaks in 1-4 week blocks (depending on plan). The onboarding process (usually a month) is intensive as Corey gets to know you. At first, training is prescribed just one week at a time in order to observe how it meshes with your work/life/family balance and make adjustments.

Coach Corey is happy to coach with power data (cyclists), heart rate, or just perceived exertion. See detailed plans below.

While Training Peaks data is important, your perceived exertion scores and written comments are perhaps even more so. You are encouraged to comment in Training Peaks in order that Coach Corey may better assess how you are responding to training.

SERVICE LEVELS

GOLD PLAN 

  • Critical Power Testing, Interpretation, Zones Set

  • One-on-one consultation monthly (Zoom or phone)

  • Workouts delivered 1-2 weeks at a time

  • Unlimited contact via email, WhatsApp

  • Coach daily review and comment in Training Peaks (by 9:00 am CDT/CST). Training adjusted if needed.

  • Unlimited edits to Training Peaks due to conflicts/schedule changes/illness​

 

Best For: Athletes seeking intensive coaching/high performance OR athletes with highly changeable schedules.

Cost: $270/month ($10 discount for direct payment)

SILVER PLAN

  • FTP Testing, Interpretation, Zones Set

  • One-on-one consultation (Zoom or phone) before/after primary competitive season

  • Workouts delivered 3-4 weeks at a time

  • Unlimited contact via email, WhatsApp

  • Coach 2x week review and comment in Training Peaks

Best For: Athletes with a predictable schedule and athletes who are new to coaching/structured training.

Cost: $200 first month* and $170 thereafter. ($5 discount for direct payment.)

*The onboarding process is intensive as athlete and coach get to know each other. Coaching more closely resembles gold this month. 

 

ELITE/PROFESSIONAL (Very Limited Spaces Available)

  • Critical Power Testing, Interpretation, Zones Set

  • Annual Training Plan

  • One-on-one consultation 1x every 3 weeks during training season (Zoom or phone)

  • One-on-one post-race debrief every other week during racing season (Zoom or phone)

  • Workouts delivered 1-2 weeks at a time

  • Unlimited contact via email, WhatsApp, phone

  • Readiness-to-train/adaptation testing as needed. Analysis of health/recovery metrics daily

  • Coach daily review and comment in Training Peaks (by 9:00 am CDT/CST). Training adjusted if needed.

  • Unlimited edits to Training Peaks due to conflicts/schedule changes/illness

  • Cost $400/month 

 

Athletes who have the life space and desire to make a significant commitment to training and the willingness to critically evaluate their race process/tactics/mindset.   

For all plans, a 3-month commitment is requested.
