This is an opportunity to develop your skills in a welcoming, fun, collaborative environment!

Who is this for?

  • Riders who identify as FTWNB (Femme, Transgender, Women, Non-binary)

  • Commuters, road riders, gravel riders, bike enthusiasts!

  • Any bike type (with pedals you feel very comfortable getting in/out of).

  • Who want to improve their comfort, confidence, group riding, and crash-prevention skills

  • You should be comfortable riding a bike, but no specific skills/experience/fitness is needed. We practice in a field, so there's no risk of getting dropped/being too slow. Drills are scaled up or down for each rider to suit their skillset. In short, YOU are welcome!

Goals/Objectives:

  • Meet other FTWNB riders who share your cycling interest. Build community. Find ride buddies!

  • Improve balance, body position, bike/body separation, and bike control.

  • Learn to corner with better lines, more control, smart braking, and more confidence.

  • Gain skills to navigate unexpected hazards: sand, cracks, holes, ice, dogs.....

  • Learn group riding safety.

  • Improve your ability to drink, eat, signal, and maybe even change layers when riding.

Clinic Cost: $100

Pre-Registration ONLY at

NOTE: Class size is limited to 12 riders. This allows me to provide each athlete with sufficient attention and support to encourage growth.  Register early!
